My background is in management, training, sales, marketing, and many things creative across a variety of industries. I am also a published author, writer, and editor.

My bachelor's degree is in Sports Management with a concentration in Wellness and Fitness, and I also have an MBA. I publish another blog, Journeys Fitness, where I discuss sports, wellness, and fitness.
