My background is in management, sales, marketing, and many things creative across a variety of industries. I am also a published author, writer, and editor.

My degree is in Sports Management with a concentration in Wellness and Fitness. I publish another blog, Journeys Fitness, where I discuss a wide variety of related subject matter.

Some years ago, I worked with a startup where I was a contributor to D.L. Hughley's The GED Section, Laila Ali's Laila Ali Lifestyle, Raven Symone's Sarafina Finds, Nene Leakes's The Fab Gab, and Terry Crews's Art Buff. Good times...
